Whether you’re an individual, a couple, or looking to capture the magic of your children, our team is excited to create a unique, fine art masterpiece with you. Due to the high demand and to maintain the exclusivity of this unique experience, we have a selection process in place.
I'll call you back personally to find out more about what is best for you and will send you our "Welcome to your Limited Edition Creative Shoot" email which includes the full product and price list.

Once booked and your deposit is paid, we'll arrange an in-studio consultation. Where we will chat about this seasons exclusive concept, and we'll talk about including your own ideas to make your artwork personal to you.

During the consultation, we'll discuss who you want to include in your photoshoot, show you through the custom made outfit we have created for you, and talk over preparation tips including what to bring with you on the day.

We’ll go over your choice of finished artwork sizes (from 16x20" to 40x60"). Whether you wanting one finished piece or more. At the end, you'll leave with a prep guide, printed price list and a clear understanding of what to expect on the day.

When you first step in for your shoot, we'll review our Creative Concept for your shoot. You'll be spoilt with professional hair and make up, so you can relax and unwind.

Meanwhile, I'll be planning your session down to the finest detail, ensuring everything flows smoothly when we start capturing magic. So don't worry; I'll be right there, guiding you on how to sit, stand, and smile, so there's no need to stress about posing. And just for you, we'll create a behind-the-scenes video to cherish.

After the shoot, we'll set a date for your private sales appointment (approx 1 week later), where you'll come back into the studio view your images and decide on the perfect shot(s) for us to create into your one-of-a-kind fine art piece. Our photo shoots are held in the mornings, Monday through Friday.

After your photoshoot and sales appointment, we will begin our work behind the scenes, blending digital art with physical mixed media to achieve perfection. If you have any special requests, we’d love to hear them.

Once your artwork shines on the screen, then your physical prints are then hand crafted, we’ll add an extra touch of magic*, and then they are expertly framed. Through our partnership with bespoke suppliers like Queensberry, Southern Alps Imaging, Rahera Creative and Edges Framing, we uphold museum-quality standards for each piece.

At your reveal appointment you get to see the high-point of weeks of work, months of planning and one incredible photo shoot.

Your finished fine art piece, digital copy and a behind the scenes 'the making of' video.

This is when we settle any out standing payment and carefully wrap your artwork to go home with you.

Alongside your portraits, you'll receive a certificate of authenticity, exclusive care guide, ensuring they remain as beautiful in decades as the day they were first created.
