Quietly strong and unapologetically unstoppable are just two of the many qualities these beautiful ladies have. Along with humble, loving, supportive, fun, down to earth and tenacious.

Sam and her mother Kath have been looking forward to their photo shoot with us for months and it was incredible to finally have them in. These two, more than most, deserve pampering and love.

Their's is an incredible story; for to their shoot they brought with them priceless heirlooms, the jewellery of the many Strong Women of their family. Each piece a story in itself, a person, their lifetime and love. Each piece a woman who has passed from Breast or Gynaecological Cancer. 3-4 generations on both sides and tomorrow Sam herself will celebrate 12months cancer free.

It was such a honour to place them all on you at once, Sam, a bitter-sweet privilege to capture who you are and who has come before you. Thank you Kath, for letting me show you how beautiful you really are, you deserve to wear sequins everyday.
