One of my favourite ideas is to take a seemingly common item, like a drink bottle or reusable coffee cup and get it personalised. Last year I purchased a few low priced items and dropped them off to Engraving Systems on Reyburn St to get them custom engraved. A few weeks later they were ready and looking amazing, one was a wooden cheese board with a family name written in script and the others were wine and beer glasses with jokes etched in the side.
Every time we meet up for social gatherings the gifts come out, starting conversations and looking as good today as they did when they were gifted!
