This night was a blur of excitement, nerves and in the end elation. Sarahlee Studio was honoured to not only be a Finalist in the Creative Industries category of the Northland Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, but I Won the Micro Business Category! 

This is the third year I have entered, and one of the most exciting and scary parts of being in business is learning where you need to grow. And this award means that I have grown and that I have learnt and that I am doing it right. That the love for what I do, is something that others think too. To enter it involves a 20+page entry form, on site interview and two months of waiting for wondering. But it is so worth it :)
