We love to transform people, to see someone go from nervous and vulnerable to finding their own beauty and grace. Watching their defenses fall and for them to step into the power of being confident in their own skin is magical. It's something we could do all day every day. It lights us up and when you see a smile like Rachelle's you can't help but feel her joy.

This wonderful woman is a hardworking lady, a mum, a grandma, and someone who admits to living in sports casual and never wearing makeup. So when she won a gift voucher and with the encouragement of her family she decided to go all-out and trust us to let her inner self shine.
