Helen is an incredible woman; intelligent, kind, caring and incredibly courageous. She's in a moment of transition between selling her education business where she trains HR nationally and internationally, and moving into a different pace of life, one focussed more on herself.

At her shoot Helen showed me the last professional portrait she had taken, as the most adorable toddler. Like so many she had hidden from the camera, putting life, work and family in front of herself. Only existing in snapshots and pictures stolen without her knowing.

Helen you are a truely beautiful, strong and inspirational woman, I can't wait to share your story as part of our Modern Matriarch Project. As someone who has lived a near death experience her message of "never, ever, ever giving up" is so poignant.
