I just wanted to share a recent profile photo of myself and to talk with you about how much I love old things.

I love old cameras, suitcases, jewellery, clothes and even backdrops. I adore vintage and second hand shops. I have spent many hours rummaging through 'op shops' to find a unique and preloved piece that you'd never get anywhere else. Trade me finds that were worn once and then listed, are like a goldmine somedays.

And I love it when clients bring in things that they have found second hand or have been handed down to them as an heirloom. The stories, the history and the patina add so much to the photo that just won't be there otherwise. It's the little details that can add a personal touch that is priceless.
