Last week we got to photograph Megan of Nutmegs Natural Medicine Clinic. This incredible lady is so passionate about helping people with naturopathy and shadow yoga. She is kind, considerate, forward thinking and really lives with a holistic view of life.

Just in the time we had together during her consultation and photo shoot, she opened my eyes to so many little things that we can do to focus on our health. On top of all this she practises and is beginning to teach Shadow yoga. A form of yoga which uses slow, precise movements which was just mind-blowing to photograph.
