4 Things to never wear in a photo shoot…

  1. Never wear other people’s insecurities…
If someone says they “could never wear that”, that is them telling you their insecurities. You are an individual and can wear whatever you want, and trust me if they had the confidence to wear it too, they would.

  1. Never wear your assumptions…
If you catch yourself saying “I could never wear that” or “I would never look good in that” then yes, you are wearing your negative assumptions and hiding in your comfort zone. I can’t tell you how many ladies shed a tear, in the studio when they realise that they can wear that outfit and not only look good but feel a million dollars too.

  2. Never wear other people’s validations…

If you wear an outfit you don’t like just because other people compliment you, stop. The only validation you should seek is from the person in the mirror. Yes, compliments are great for the ego but the confidence you get from being your authentic self lasts longer.

  3. Never wear other people’s opinions…
One person might say you're showing too much skin and the next will say you’re covered up like a nun. Imagine making all your choices based on other people’s opinions. People pleasing is unstylish and fear is not a good fit.

Not everyone will understand your photo shoot choices but that’s great because it means you are unique. And we only want to know what you want, not what everyone else wants from you!
